HI THERE!

My name is Caitlin and I am a 20-something, non-expert in the field of health who has no damn business telling you how to lose weight!


I have, however, lost 13 lbs today, May 27th 2013 since Dec. 1st 2012. 


I decided to make this blog to prove to the rest of us non-experts that us average Joe's can lose weight and get in shape without having to know every trick in the book! 


I am training for my very first marathon, which will take place in October, so I am doing my utmost to ensure my body will be 110% capable of doing so, and completing the marathon under 5 hours.


I am also a full-time student balancing an internship and working almost full-time as well, so I hereby would like to announce that THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!

I had no idea what the outcome of this blog was going to be and my mind is continuously being blown by all of the support and feedback I have been getting. Secondly, I would love your help! Do you have before and after pictures and some time to answer a few questions? From one fitness freak to another, keep working hard, too! Have a great day :-)

    2. hi :) I'm so glad I get the chance to do it, thank you!! Well I haven't really much old pictures of me but we'll find one lol also my main reason for working out is to get in shape. So there isn't a really big difference beween then and now. Which way would you like to question me? I think per Mail is the easiest way. Hope to hear from you soon :) xxx
